The first ever Tekin Spring Indoor Showdown held at TQ Speedway & Hobbies in Meridian, ID went down March 16-18. Racers from all over the northwest made the trip to throw down at the Showdown, rounding up almost 200 total entries that provided great competition all weekend in all the classes. The freshly built track layout designed by Ty Campbell was a hit with the racers and everyone was excited to get some wheel time on it. The 23rd Annual April Fools Classic, held at IRCR in Magna, UT was held on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of April this year. The team stepped up even more so than last year, bringing home multiple podium finishes!

The 2011 RC Pro Series Cabin Fever was a huge success! The Team did great this past weekend, with Tekin's newest driver Taylor Petersen TQing and winning the hotly contested Pro 1/8 E-Buggy Class! The team secured TQ's and wins in three classes this year, with drivers on the podium in all the electric classes and Pro 1/8 Nitro Buggy with Petersen taking the TQ and win!

The team dominated at this years' Snowbird Nationals in Orlando, FL. Team Manager Randy Pike was in attendance along with drivers Mike Dumas, Josh Cyrul, Andrew Knapp and many others. Mike Dumas TQ's and takes the win in 1/12 GTP 13.5! Josh Cyrul TQ's and lays down the A-main winning run in 13.5 WGT with Dumas close on his heels. Andrew Knapp TQ's and pulls out the top spot in 17.5 1/12th Spec Stock. Overall the team locks down 5 TQ's and 5 A-main wins!
