Greg Bentley set a new IMDRA ProStock World Record at the MidWest Nationals in Lynwood, IL on August 14th, 2011. Greg's Tekin powered dragster layed down an impressive 1.497 ET at 96mph! The first ever ProStock car to dip down into the 1.4 second range. Great job Greg!

The 2011 NCT Finals in Pasco, WA were another great weekend for the Team. The ultra competetive 1/8 E-buggy class being as stacked as it was at the Columbia Cup was no slouch class. Privateer John Karschney TQ'd the class and Team Driver Jeremy Potter was on the hunt. Karschney would take the overall in A1 and A3 with Potter taking the win in A2 and ending up 2nd overall. Tekin was present in every A-main car!
In Pro4 Ty Campbell decided to get serious, claim the TQ spot and lock the win down in A1 and A2. 2 races in a row for him!
Team Driver Jesse Munn locked up the NCT championship in both 2WD Mod Buggy and Pro2 Mod Shortcourse! Great job Jesse!

Tekin Drivers dominate NCT Round 4 in Lewiston, ID at the Great Snake Shootout! The team snagged multiple TQ's and wins with our newest employee, Jeremy Potter taking the TQ and win in 1/8 Electric Buggy, Jesse Munn with TQ and the win in Pro2 Modified Short Course, Dave Gullickson with TQ's and wins in both Stock and Modifed 2WD Stadium truck and Ty Campbell finishing in the top spot in both Pro4 Modified Short Course and 1/8 Electric Truggy! >>read more now!

Team Tekin would like to welcome Ronda Drake onboard! Ronda will be piloting her Tekin powered Mugen MBX6 Eco with the Tekin Rx8 ESC and Tekin T8 motor series. We are excited to be working with her and her years of experience. Ronda is well known in the community as being the fastest girl in RC, regularly showing up her fellow male racers all over the U.S. Ronda had this to say "I am very excited to be running all the Tekin products and look forward to great results!"
Ronda's first race will be the Grass Roots series in Hemet,Ca.

The 23rd Annual April Fools Classic, held at IRCR in Magna, UT was held on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of April this year. The team stepped up even more so than last year, bringing home multiple podium finishes! >>read the entire race report now!

The 2011 RC Pro Series Cabin Fever was a huge success! The Team did great this past weekend, with Tekin's newest driver Taylor Petersen TQing and winning the hotly contested Pro 1/8 E-Buggy Class! The team secured TQ's and wins in three classes this year, with drivers on the podium in all the electric classes and Pro 1/8 Nitro Buggy with Petersen taking the TQ and win! >>read the entire race report now!
