This years ROAR 1\/8 Electric\nNationals was held at Adrenaline RC Raceway in Winchester, Virginia which was\nluckily only a 5 hour drive for me. I made the drive down on Tuesday to finish\ngetting things prepped and then practice started on Wednesday. From the first time\non the track I felt very comfortable with all of my cars and knew I was going\nto have a good shot at racing for the titles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout seeding and qualifying it\nbecame quite clear that where you started in the main events was going to be\ncrucial because there was not very many passing opportunities on this layout,\nso clean runs and good points were a must. At the end of qualifying, I ended up\nin the TQ spot in Truggy, 4th in SCT and 7th in Buggy after some really close\nruns with the rest of the drivers in attendance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the mains, we had Triple A Mains\non tap for all 3 classes. For Buggy starting in 7th, I knew I was going to have\nto be pretty aggressive to make anything happen results wise. I tried my best,\nbut with some rough luck I was only able to end up 8th overall. In SCT, I had\nsome really good races with both Tebo and Lutz and was able to grab the last\npodium spot in 3rd. In Truggy, I was able to take advantage of my TQ spot and\nput in two clean runs in A1 and A2 to take the wins and grab my 2nd ROAR\nNational Championship!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, it was a great weekend for me and I\u2019m proud of my results. Thank you to all of the companies that back me and allow me to do my job to the best of my ability!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
