This past weekend Norcal Hobbies held the third and final round of the NCRL series. Tekin<\/a><\/strong> pilot Justin Moon only had to show up and finish to claim the overall title in the 2wd Mod Buggy division. \u00a0Justin would taking two 1st’s, a 2nd and a 3rd in the Reedy format. Taking the series championship with six 2nd place finishes,five 1st place finishes and one 3rd place.<\/p>\n
