Fastlane Raceway in Blue Springs, Missouri hosted the Awesome August 2014 event this past weekend, providing racers one final 1\/8 scale race before turning their focus to the upcoming ROAR 1\/10 Region 8 Championships later this month.<\/p>\n<p>The largest class of the weekend was the 1\/8 E-Buggy class. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teamtekin.com\/\">Tekin&#8217;s <\/a>Mike Garrison would take the overall TQ spot in qualifying, and carried on to win the E-Buggy final from start to finish with his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teamtekin.com\/rx8.html\">Tekin Rx8 Gen2<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teamtekin.com\/t8.html\">1900 T8 Gen2 <\/a>TLR 8ight E 3.0 buggy!
