Problems Downloading or Updating HotWire

I can not download HotWire: I registered to download HotWire and received the registration email with the link to download HotWire, but I keep getting sent to the registration page.
Vista HotWire will not display 'Other Versions' of software: Vista created a "secret" copy of a HotWire file in the "Virtual Store". These are instruction on how to locate and delete the "secret" copy.
